please do not skim read! these rules are very important and we really need you to follow them. alright? please know that we love you for reading this rule book.. :)

BASIC RULES

• Respect EVERYONE. This is common sense, being rude will not be tolerated.
  
• Cyber bullying is prohibited. If we catch you bullying someone, you will be banned. . .forever. If you have any problems with any member (including staff) please PM admin moosie.
  
• Plagiarizing will not be tolerated here. You'll be given a warning the first time, and the next time, you'll be banned forever.
  
• PLEASE don't bother the staff about applications. If you've finished your application, wait 24 hours until you PM a staff member about your application.
  
• The site rating is PG-13. Please don't do any R rated threads. Fade to black. Alright?
  
• This site has a MINIMUM word count of 400 words.
  
• Please be active. If everyone wants to have fun, this site needs to be active. 'Kay?
  
• You must use proper grammar and spelling. Spell-check has been made for a reason. It's for you to use and to make your posts readable. Chat speak, unless in IM and texting threads, is not acceptable.
  
• For canon characters, you must post once a week for all of your canon characters.
  
• You may not advertise anywhere else except for the advertisement section.
  
• If you have not logged in for over two months and have not posted in the absence board, then your account will be deleted.
  
• Template wise, please see the example that we have right here (click). Thanks!
  

CHARACTER RULES

• One character per account. Two characters or more per account is prohibited and very confusing for everyone.
  
• You may only have TEN characters, no more. It'll get way to confusing for us if you have any more.
  
• No characters rising from the dead. . .they're dead. D-E-A-D. MUERTO. MORTS. MORTO. DEAD. You get the point.
  
• There are only three humans allowed in the Volturi, they're secretaries. Hybrids are allowed in the Volturi, but they'll have to be pretty special to be accepted.
  
• If you want your character to have a child, please consult with the admin moosie so we can discuss whether or not we'll let you have that little kid.
  
• If your character does have a child, instead of nine months, the gestation period is TWO weeks for HUMANS and WEREWOLVES. ONE week for VAMPIRES. HYBRIDS here cannot have children.
  
• Face claims must be either celebrities or models. We'd really love it if you fixed their eyes to be red or gold if they're a vampire. You can learn how to do it on Caution or ask a member with graphics experience, here, for some help.
  
• If you make a human character, you must have them here and very active for at least six weeks (a month and a half) before they change into a vampire.
  
• For every three FEMALE characters, you need a MALE.
  
• You CANNOT reserve a face claim or a canon character. Sorry!
  
• You must finish your application by the date four days after the day you've started it.
  

THE C-BOX RULES

• No spamming. No spamming. No spamming. Got it?
  
• No advertising.
  
• No chatspeak.
  
• No roleplaying, the character chat box is for character chatting. Considering that most of the Volturi are as old as dirt, they most likely will not be very familiar with technology.
  
• Keep everything PG-13 and under.
  
• Please use your alias that you've written down in your application and KEEP IT THE SAME forever. :)
  

Follow all of these rules, and we won't have a problem with anything.
