ATHENADORA "THEA" DE ROSSI
Athenadora is quite outgoing when she's with all of the Volturi, but outside of the Volturi headquarters, she quite shy and keeps to herself. She enjoys sewing, pearls, and laughing with her friends. She thinks the Cullen family members are very interesting, but she's never told anyone.
Thea doesn't have many friends, and the ones that she does have are all part of the Volturi. She'd like to be friends with one of the Cullens, but they probably wouldn't be very good friends because (1) they're in Forks, she's in Volterra and (2) the Volturi kill innocent humans and Cullens don't approve of that.
Athena's only enemies would be the enemies of the Volturi and people who hate Caius and the Volturi.
So really, you could be her friend if you wanted to, but you'd have to visit her often, she gets lonely very easily!

So not friends but not enemies either. So I'd say in-between. Maybe Edward and her should thread and see how things go? He doesn't like that the Volturi want Bella turned but that doesn't mean he outright hates them either. He could prove to be an ally too so maybe thread them?
